Ingredients
Cake:
- 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix (1 box)
- 5.3 ounces lemon Greek yogurt
- 1 cup water
Vanilla Glaze (optional):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the inside of a bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking and set it aside.
- Mix Cake Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, lemon Greek yogurt, and water. Whisk together until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Unmold: Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Once cooled, carefully turn the cake out onto a serving plate and cut into 12 slices.
- Make the Glaze (Optional): In a clean mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until the glaze is smooth and pourable.
- Glaze & Serve: Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the cooled cake and serve. Enjoy!
