Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Zucchini and Set Up Baking Sheet Slice zucchinis into 3-inch lengths and cut into 1/2-inch thick strips. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Make the Egg Mixture Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, and beat well.
- Step 3: Prepare the Coating Mixture Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan on a plate or shallow container.
- Step 4: Coat the Zucchini Fries Dip zucchini strips in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture and place on baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake and Serve Bake zucchini fries for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with ranch dipping sauce.
