Instructions

- Pound the chicken. Lightly pound the chicken breasts to even out their thickness and reduce the large bump on one end, ensuring more even cooking.
- Season the chicken. Drizzle the olive or avocado oil over both chicken breasts, coating them evenly. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning blend onto both sides and rub it into the meat by hand for maximum flavor absorption.
- Air fry the chicken. Place the chicken breasts smooth side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 7 minutes. Then, flip the chicken breasts over and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest the chicken. Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Let them rest for a few minutes to allow carryover cooking to raise the temperature a few degrees, ensuring juicy and tender meat.
