Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the perfect temperature for cooking the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Prepare Chicken and Vegetables: Drizzle the vegetable oil over the chicken strips, then sprinkle with the fajita seasoning. Toss the chicken to coat it evenly with the seasoning. Add the sliced bell peppers and red onion, then season the vegetables well with additional fajita seasoning, ensuring everything is nicely coated.
- Air Fry: Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking or tossing the ingredients halfway through cooking to ensure even browning and cooking.
