Deliciously sweet and tender air fryer peaches, perfectly caramelized with a cinnamon brown sugar butter topping. A quick and easy dessert that brings out the natural juiciness of fresh peaches with a delightful buttery glaze.

  • Total Time: 18 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Peaches

  • 4 fresh yellow peaches

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peaches: Rinse fresh peaches thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels. Slice each peach in half and carefully remove the pits from the center.
  2. Brush with Coconut Oil: Apply coconut oil evenly on both sides of each peach half. This will help them caramelize and prevent sticking.
  3. Initial Air Frying: Arrange the peach halves cut side down in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 6 minutes until they start to soften and caramelize.
  4. Flip Peaches: Turn the peaches cut side up and continue air frying for an additional 5 minutes to soften the flesh evenly.
  5. Prepare Cinnamon Butter Mixture: While peaches cook, mix the brown sugar, softened butter, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  6. Add Topping and Final Air Fry: Spoon the cinnamon butter mixture into the center of each peach half. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes at 350°F until the butter melts and the topping becomes caramelized.
  7. Serve: Remove peaches from the air fryer and serve warm or hot for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best results to avoid them becoming too mushy.
  • You can substitute coconut oil with melted unsalted butter if preferred.
  • Adjust brown sugar quantity to taste or use a sugar substitute for a lower sugar version.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent dessert.
