Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Zucchini: Preheat your oven to 160°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Use your hands to firmly squeeze out all the moisture from the grated zucchini, ensuring the tots hold together better during baking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, cooked mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut flour. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated into a cohesive mixture.
- Form Tots: Using a tablespoon or your hands, shape the mixture into small tots approximately tablespoon-sized. Place each formed tot onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart to allow even cooking.
- Bake Until Golden: Bake the tots in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the exterior turns slightly golden brown and the tots are firm to the touch.
- Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce for a tasty snack or side dish.

- Make sure to squeeze out as much water as possible from the zucchini to prevent soggy tots.
