This Blender Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt is a creamy, tangy, and healthier alternative to traditional ranch dressing. Made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, herbs, and spices, it comes together in just minutes using a blender, making it perfect for salads, dips, or drizzling over your favorite dishes.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 3/4 cup

Ingredients

Ranch Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried chives (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Place the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, and black pepper into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend: Blend the mixture on high speed until the dressing is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water as needed to reach your desired consistency, blending again briefly.
  3. Store and Serve: Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy as a salad dressing, dip, or condiment.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt with 5% fat for best creaminess; lower fat yogurts will yield a thinner dressing.
  • Adjust water quantity to achieve preferred thickness.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Optional dried chives add a subtle oniony flavor but can be omitted if unavailable.
  • This dressing is a healthier, protein-rich alternative to traditional ranch dressing.
