Ingredients
For the Chicken

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for serving
For the Wraps
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
To Serve
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Extra buffalo sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips for faster and even cooking. Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Wrap Fillings: Shred lettuce, dice celery and carrots, and crumble blue cheese if using.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm tortillas, then distribute buffalo chicken strips, lettuce, celery, carrots, and blue cheese.
- Roll the Wraps: Fold in sides and roll up tightly. Slice each wrap in half for serving.
- Serve: Enjoy with extra buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
