Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for serving

For the Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

To Serve

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
  • Extra buffalo sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips for faster and even cooking. Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly. Remove from heat.
