Chicken:

- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Butter or olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until fully cooked. Slice thinly.
- Prepare the Avocado and Cheese: Slice avocado and cheese.
- Prepare the Bread: Spread mayo and mustard on each slice.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Layer chicken, avocado, cheese, red onion, and tomato. Top with bread.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
