Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Use tongs to toss the mixture thoroughly until everything is evenly coated. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Taste and add more dressing, if desired. Set aside.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place each flour tortilla into the pan and warm for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, just until they are pliable. Stack the warmed tortillas on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep them soft. Alternatively, warm the tortillas in the microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas out on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among them, placing the filling in the center of each. Fold in the opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style, tucking in the ends as you go. Secure each wrap with a toothpick if needed to keep them closed, and cut in half or serve whole.
