Ingredients
For the Chicken:

- 4 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup cornstarch or Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour
- 1/3 cup water
- vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy. Whisk in cornstarch and water, then fold in the chicken to coat.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pot to 350°F. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, honey, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Coat the Chicken: Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey to suit your taste.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
