Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather ⅔ cup sour cream or Mexican crema, ½ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, zest and juice of 1 lime, and a pinch of kosher salt.
- Blend the Crema: Place all ingredients into the bowl of a blender and process until the mixture becomes very smooth and creamy. If you don’t have a blender, whisk all ingredients together vigorously until smooth and well combined.
- Chill: Cover the cilantro lime crema and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.
