Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place the tahini, freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh cilantro (with stems removed), sea salt, maple syrup, lime zest, and olive oil into a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- Adjust Consistency: If the dressing is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition, until you reach your desired consistency.
Notes
- This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Adjust the lime juice and salt to taste for a more tangy or savory profile.
- Use fresh cilantro for the best flavor; dried cilantro will not provide the same vibrant taste.
