Instructions

- Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, add the chilled sliced cucumbers and quartered strawberries. Drizzle the dressing lightly over the salad ingredients, tossing gently to ensure an even coating without saturating the salad.
- Season and Garnish: Sprinkle a small amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper over the salad to enhance the flavors. Top with additional fresh mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately or refrigerate the salad and remaining dressing for later use.
