Instructions
- Prepare pineapple juice and pudding: Drain the juice from the pineapple tidbits into a large mixing bowl, setting aside the pineapple pieces. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the pineapple juice and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add and mix fruits: Add the drained fruit cocktail, pineapple pieces, drained mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, and halved maraschino cherries into the bowl. Gently stir to evenly coat all the fruits with the pudding mixture.

- Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the fruit, pudding, and marshmallow mixture until the salad is completely coated and fluffy.
- Chill before serving: Cover the fruit salad and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and the salad to set, then serve chilled.
