Ingredients

Noodles

  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles: Fill a medium pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the fresh egg noodles and cook until they are al dente, about 3-5 minutes depending on thickness. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  2. Prepare garlic sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook gently for a few minutes until fragrant and lightly cooked but not browned.
  3. Add seasoning sauces: Stir in the Maggi Seasoning Sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and oyster sauce into the garlic butter. Mix thoroughly and allow the sauce to heat through until well combined and aromatic.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce: Place the drained noodles in a large bowl. Pour the warm garlic sauce over the noodles and toss thoroughly until the noodles are evenly coated.
  5. Serve and garnish: Transfer the coated noodles to serving plates. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and generous sprinkles of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve while warm for the best flavor and texture.
