This garlic parmesan pull-apart bread is a soft, flavorful, and easy-to-make appetizer filled with cheesy garlic goodness. Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, garlic, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, it’s perfect for sharing and dipping in your favorite sauces.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Pull-Apart Bread Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated Grands biscuits (not the flaky layers)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray to ensure the bread doesn’t stick.
  2. Prepare Biscuit Mixture: Cut each biscuit from the 2 cans of refrigerated Grands biscuits into quarters. Place the biscuit pieces in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  3. Add Butter and Combine: Melt ½ cup of butter in the microwave until fully liquefied. Pour the melted butter over the biscuit mixture. Toss everything together thoroughly so the biscuit pieces are evenly coated with the butter and seasoning.
  4. Assemble and Bake: Transfer the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared bundt pan, distributing them evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the pull-apart bread from the bundt pan by turning it out onto a serving dish. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauces on the side.

Notes

  • Ensure to use the refrigerated Grands biscuits that are not flaky layers for the best texture.
  • Feel free to increase garlic according to your taste preference for a stronger garlic flavor.
  • You can substitute Italian seasoning with a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme if Italian seasoning is unavailable.
  • For an extra cheesy variation, add shredded mozzarella cheese between layers before baking.
  • Store leftovers covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days; reheat before serving.
