Instructions
- Cook the Meat: In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the ground turkey or chicken.
- Add Seasonings: Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add tomatoes, green chilies, black beans, and chicken broth. Simmer.
- Add Cream Cheese: Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Finish with Cheddar: Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until smooth.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and season as needed.
- Serve: Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and lime.
