Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Make sure the kale is washed and stems removed. Peel the orange and have your frozen mango chunks ready. Measure out the almond or coconut milk.
- Blend Ingredients: Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, with no kale fibers or chunks remaining.
- Alternative Blending Method: If you don’t have a high-speed blender, start by blending the kale and almond milk first until the kale is fully pureed. Then add the frozen mango chunks and orange to the blender and blend again until perfectly smooth.
- Serve Immediately: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy your fresh, nutrient-packed drink right away for the best flavor and texture.

- Use fresh or frozen kale based on availability—frozen kale works well and gives the smoothie a chilled texture.
