Ingredients

Egg Yolk Mixture:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 dash salt

Egg White Mixture:

  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar (preferred but not required)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  2. Prepare Yolk Mixture: In a bowl, mix egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and salt until well blended using an electric mixer.
  3. Whip Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with cream of tartar (if using) until very stiff.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whites.
