Fresh Oregano:

1/4 cup (60 ml)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the fish: Pat the Branzino fillets dry and arrange them on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- Season the fillets: Drizzle olive oil over each fillet, season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic on top.
- Add herbs and lemon: Place lemon slices, rosemary, thyme, and oregano on each fillet.
- Use white wine: Pour white wine around the fillets on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 25 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Rest and serve: Let the fish rest before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
