- Optional: your favourite protein powder (quantity as per package suggestion)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the Granny Smith apple, and gather all other ingredients including mint leaves, spinach, shredded coconut, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, coconut milk, ice cubes, and optional protein powder.
- Combine in Blender: Add the chopped apple, mint leaves, spinach, shredded coconut, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, coconut milk, and ice cubes into your blender. If using protein powder, add it as well.
- Blend Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated, creating a creamy and refreshing smoothie.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best fresh flavor and texture.
Notes
- Use fresh mint leaves for the best flavor; dried mint won’t provide the same freshness.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
- You can substitute coconut milk with almond milk or any preferred plant-based milk.
