Instructions
- Prepare the Peach Puree: Peel, pit, and slice fresh peaches, then blend them until completely smooth. If you prefer a silky texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- Divide the Puree: Evenly spoon the peach puree into four serving glasses.
- Add Sparkling Water: Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water over the peach puree in each glass. Gently stir to combine, taking care not to lose the bubbles.
- Garnish and Serve: Top each drink with a peach slice for a colorful finish. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
