Ingredients

For the Sheet Pan:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prep & Season: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes and chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, Kinder’s seasoning, and pepper. Arrange on a lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake: Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through, until chicken is cooked and potatoes are golden.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Glaze & Serve: Drizzle the warm honey-garlic butter over the chicken and potatoes before serving.
