Ingredients
For the Soda
- 16 ounces strawberry soda (chilled)
- Ice cubes, as needed
For the Creamy Top
- 4 ounces vanilla coffee creamer
For Assembly
- Strawberry syrup, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Glasses: Fill two glasses generously with ice. (For an even colder drink, pop the glasses in the freezer 15 minutes beforehand.)
- Add the Strawberry Syrup: Drizzle strawberry syrup around the insides of each glass and over the ice, as much as you like for extra flavor and color.
- Pour the Strawberry Soda: Evenly divide the strawberry soda between the two glasses, pouring 8 ounces into each over the ice and syrup.
- Top with Creamer: Slowly pour 2 ounces of vanilla coffee creamer over the soda in each glass. Let it swirl for a pretty, marbleized effect, or stir gently to combine.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately with a straw or long spoon for swirling!
Notes
- Frost your glasses for 15 minutes in the freezer for an extra-cold, refreshing drink.
- Switch up the flavor by trying other coffee creamer varieties, such as hazelnut or caramel.
- For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy coffee creamer.
- Adjust the strawberry syrup to your sweetness preference.
