Chicken
- 8 chicken thighs (skinless bone-in or with skin and bones)
Marinade

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, kosher salt, ground paprika, Italian seasoning, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Coat the chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them completely and evenly with the marinade mixture to ensure every piece is well seasoned.
- Optional marinating step: For deeper flavor, cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to let the chicken absorb the marinade.
- Preheat and prepare air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil spray to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer inside the basket, making sure not to overlap them for even cooking.
- Air fry the chicken: Cook the chicken thighs at 390°F (200°C) for 13 minutes on one side. Then flip the thighs and continue cooking for an additional 6-7 minutes on the other side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption and the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer immediately and serve hot for a delicious meal.

- You can use either skinless or skin-on bone-in chicken thighs depending on your preference; skin-on provides extra crispiness.
