Ingredients
Peaches
- 2 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Toppings and Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons monk fruit brown sugar (or regular brown sugar)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for serving
- 1/4 cup whipped topping (such as Truwhip)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (or pecans)
- Optional: granola, ice cream, or a drizzle of honey for topping
Instructions
- Brush with Butter: Brush the cut side of the peach halves with melted butter to add flavor and help caramelization during air frying.
- Sprinkle Sugar and Cinnamon: In a small bowl, combine monk fruit brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the fleshy side of each peach half.
- Air Fry Peaches: Place the peaches cut side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4 minutes. Carefully flip the peaches over so the cut side is up and cook for an additional 4 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Serve with Toppings: Remove the peaches to a serving plate, cut side up. Top each peach half with whipped topping, chopped walnuts or pecans, and a light dusting of cinnamon. Optionally, add granola, ice cream, or drizzle with honey for extra indulgence.
Notes
- Choose ripe peaches for maximum sweetness and tenderness.
- Monk fruit brown sugar is a low-calorie alternative but regular brown sugar works well too.
- Adjust air frying time slightly depending on the size and ripeness of the peaches.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
- Optional toppings like ice cream or granola add texture and complement the warm peaches.
