Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450° F to ensure a hot baking environment for a crispy crust.
- Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, stretch or push the pizza dough out into a thin circle about 10-12 inches in diameter. Transfer it carefully onto a baking sheet.
- Brush and Sprinkle: Lightly brush the dough’s surface with olive oil then sprinkle sesame seeds over the crust to add texture and flavor.
- Apply Sauces and Toppings: Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough surface followed by the crushed Calabrian chili paste for a spicy touch. Arrange the drained and sliced roasted red peppers evenly on top. Add fish sauce, if using, then sprinkle the dried oregano across the pizza.
- Add Cheese: Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the toppings to create a melty, gooey layer.
- Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and melted.
