- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped into a few pieces

- 1 jalapeno, trimmed and deseeded

- 1/2 cup water (plus more as needed)

Instructions
- Blend Soup Ingredients: Combine the peeled and chopped cucumber, avocado flesh, trimmed and deseeded jalapeno, lemon juice, fresh cilantro, salt, and 1/2 cup of water into a blender. Blend until completely smooth, adding additional water as needed to reach the desired consistency. Taste and adjust the seasonings accordingly for a balanced flavor.
- Chill the Soup: Transfer the blended soup into a bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 hours or more, to let the flavors meld and to serve it well chilled.
- Serve: Once chilled, ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the chopped pineapple and chopped cucumber for a fresh, crunchy contrast to the creamy soup.
Notes
- For a spicier soup, leave some seeds in the jalapeno or add more jalapeno according to taste.
- If you prefer a thinner soup, add more water while blending to reach your preferred consistency.
- The pineapple adds a sweet contrast; you can substitute it with mango or leave it out if desired.
- Make sure to chill the soup thoroughly for the best refreshing taste.
- This soup is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
