- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the puffed brown rice cereal, old fashioned oats, shredded coconut, chopped cashews, pistachios, dried mango, salt, curry powder, ground ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
- Prepare wet mixture: In a separate bowl, stir together the honey and natural creamy peanut butter until smooth and well blended to create a cohesive wet mixture.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients: Add the honey and peanut butter mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly coated and combined into a sticky mixture.
- Pack into pan and chill: Grease an 8×8 or 9×13 inch pan and firmly press the granola mixture evenly into the pan to form a compact layer. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour to allow it to set properly.

Notes
- Ensure the peanut butter is natural and creamy for best consistency and flavor.
- Pressing the mixture firmly into the pan helps the bars hold together better.
- For variation, you can substitute pistachios with almonds or walnuts.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- If a less sweet bar is desired, reduce the honey quantity slightly.
