Instructions

- Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced Persian cucumbers, mini sweet peppers, edamame, thinly sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, sesame seeds, and chili crunch if you choose to use it, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.
- Toss Everything Together: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and toss thoroughly until all the components are evenly coated with the flavorful dressing.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle extra sesame seeds or Everything Bagel Seasoning on top for added texture and flavor. Serve the salad immediately for maximum freshness or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together better before serving.
