- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- Pinches red pepper flakes
Optional Add-Ins

Instructions
- Prepare Vegan Mayo (Optional): If making your vegan mayo from scratch, prepare it up to 2 weeks in advance. It takes only 2-3 minutes to make, or alternatively, use store-bought vegan mayo such as Vegenaise.
- Combine Ingredients: Measure all the ingredients into a large measuring cup, bowl, or jar. Make sure to include the base ingredients, seasonings, and any optional fresh herbs if desired.
- Mix Thoroughly: Whisk or shake the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. This ensures all flavors are well blended and the texture is consistent.
- Adjust to Taste: Taste the dressing and adjust any ingredient to suit your preference, such as adding more sweetener, salt, or pepper.
- Store: Pour the dressing into a jar or airtight container and refrigerate. It will keep fresh for up to one week, ready to enjoy on your favorite dishes.
Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter dressing, increase the maple syrup gradually.
- For a tangier flavor, add a bit more white balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
- Use fresh herbs like thyme or oregano for a fresh herbal note.
- Shake or stir well before each use as separation may occur.
- This dressing is vegan and suitable for those avoiding dairy.
