Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place all the ingredients including olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, poppyseeds, and salt into a mason jar.
- Shake to Mix: Screw the lid on tightly and shake the jar vigorously until the dressing is fully combined and emulsified.
Notes
- For best flavor, use fresh lemon juice and good quality olive oil.
- Shake well before each use to re-emulsify the dressing as ingredients may separate over time.
- This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Add a pinch of black pepper or Dijon mustard for a flavor twist.
