A refreshing and vibrant Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte combining sweet homemade strawberry syrup with smooth, ceremonial grade matcha and creamy milk. Perfect for a quick, healthy iced beverage that serves four and can be customized with your favorite milk.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Strawberry Syrup

  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • ¼ Cup Granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener

Matcha

  • 1 Tablespoon Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • ⅓ Cup Hot Water

Assembly

  • ¾ Cup Milk of Choice (cashew milk recommended)
  • Ice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberry Syrup: Add the strawberries and monk fruit sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. If a blender is not available, mash the strawberries thoroughly until the mixture is smooth enough to be drinkable through a straw.
  2. Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, combine matcha powder with hot water. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
  3. Assemble the Latte: Pour the strawberry syrup into the bottom of each glass. Fill the glass with ice to your desired level.
  4. Add Milk and Matcha: Pour the milk of choice over the ice and strawberry syrup, then gently pour in the prepared matcha on top.
  5. Finish and Serve: Add more ice if desired, stir gently to combine the layers, and enjoy your iced strawberry matcha latte.

Notes

  • You can use any milk you prefer, such as dairy, almond, or oat milk.
  • Adjust sweetness by altering the amount of monk fruit sweetener to taste.
  • To make the drink vegan and dairy-free, choose plant-based milk options.
  • Use ceremonial grade matcha for the best flavor and smoothest texture.
  • Serve immediately for optimal freshness and chill.
