Instructions
- Prepare Strawberry Syrup: Add the strawberries and monk fruit sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. If a blender is not available, mash the strawberries thoroughly until the mixture is smooth enough to be drinkable through a straw.
- Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, combine matcha powder with hot water. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
- Assemble the Latte: Pour the strawberry syrup into the bottom of each glass. Fill the glass with ice to your desired level.
- Add Milk and Matcha: Pour the milk of choice over the ice and strawberry syrup, then gently pour in the prepared matcha on top.
- Finish and Serve: Add more ice if desired, stir gently to combine the layers, and enjoy your iced strawberry matcha latte.
