- Prepare Strawberries: Rinse your strawberries thoroughly and remove the green tops. Slice the strawberries into pieces and place them at the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Sugar the Strawberries: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar evenly over the sliced strawberries. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to allow the sugar to draw out the natural juices, which will help in cooking.
- Add Orange Juice: Juice the orange using a reamer or juicer. Pour about 1 ounce of the fresh orange juice over the sugared strawberries in the pot.
- Cook in Instant Pot: Secure the lid onto the Instant Pot and select the ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ setting. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute. When cooking finishes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before opening the lid.
- Thicken the Jam: The strawberries will be cooked down into a thick sauce. Use a potato masher or transfer to a blender to crush the cooked strawberries into your preferred jam consistency.
