- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Prepare the Strawberry Mixture: Add diced strawberries to a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes until the strawberries release their juices. For texture, lightly mash a few strawberries but keep most pieces whole to enjoy small bits of fruit in the popsicles.
- Fill Popsicle Molds: Evenly spoon the strawberry mixture into the popsicle mold molds until all the strawberry mixture is used.
- Add Lemonade: Pour Simply Lemonade over the strawberry mixture in each mold, leaving a small space at the top for the liquid to expand when freezing.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place lids on the molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze the molds until the popsicles are completely solid, typically about 4 to 6 hours or overnight for best results.
- Optional Tip for Even Fruit Distribution: Some strawberries may settle to the bottom during freezing. If you prefer your strawberries evenly distributed throughout the popsicles, gently stir the mixture once or twice during the freezing process. However, the natural settling gives a fun surprise at the end of each popsicle.
